My name is Phil Johncock. Welcome to my website and blog.
I love to create learning systems for individuals, groups, institutions and communities. For example, in Mexico and the U.S., I created English and Spanish language training programs for dozens of businesses, high schools, colleges and universities … serving tens of thousands of students.
With a 92% success rate in grant writing (48 of 52 proposals funded), I secured $6.4 million in grant funding for just one college. I believe in real-time documentation of lessons being learned to create legacies and build on the learning systems of those who’ve gone before us at work and home. For example, I documented “what works” in successful grant writing when I researched a second master’s thesis on the Metaphysics of Successful Grant Writing. After it was published, I created the first college certification program in grant writing. The result is that students and proteges were successful in getting grants that totaled over $1,200,000,000 in 2.5 years. This program is now available online.
